About Your Job:
In this role you will support the Marketing Manager in development, integration and execution of all marketing activity, so as to drive revenue and grow loyalty of all QR products from all distribution channels and targeted audience as defined in the country portfolio. Directly contribute to the delivery of UK & Ireland revenue target by assisting in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy that targets existing and new markets.
Accountabilities:
· Support the Marketing Manager in executing a multi-channel marketing strategy
· Support in the operation of target-oriented campaigns based on customer segmentation and market intelligence
· Source and share market research, insight and trends that will improve the quality of the campaigns delivered in the country
· Check and benchmark latest marketing activities and promotion through offline and ecommerce channels that are introduced by competitors.
· Prepare budget utilisation reports to improve understanding and effectiveness of spend
· Assist in the execution of marketing activities including brand and tactical campaigns, digital marketing, events and social media.
· Assist to deliver events and exhibitions to the required organization and region standard
· Ensure post activity and campaign evaluations are produced, identifying effectiveness of activity and quantitative ROI
· Source marketing collateral and merchandise
· Evaluate sponsorship proposals
· Continually implement opportunities to improve existing materials
· Monitor Promotional / Giveaways / Collateral stock
· Support the sourcing and day-to day management of external suppliers and agencies for various projects such as advertising campaigns, event management, merchandise and collateral development.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
· Relevant Degree in Marketing, Business or Statistics
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
· Experience in organizing and coordination of offline events
· Data Analysis and ability to articulate to external customers
· Good budgetary control skills
· PC literate with knowledge of Word / Excel / Access & Design programs / Powerpoint
· Able to spot and interpret market trends
