About Your Job:
The Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and complying training plans as well as completing administrative tasks related to mandatory, technical and developmental training for various units throughout Qatar Airways Hub Ground Customer Services Operations, Premium Operations, Premium Lounges and Al Maha staff in Doha.
Responsibilities include:
· Maintain training records and produce when required as well as assist in the development of monthly training plans.
· Integration of training plans for new joiners into the HUB including development of training agendas for new joiners and transfer staff.
· Communication with Hub Employee Support and HR On-boarding for new joiner requirements.
· Scheduling training venues in HIA and Talent Development and the communication of training schedules, venues plans to participants and trainers.
· Assist training officers and senior training officers in the preparation of training plans.
· Development and co-ordination of trainers' allocation schedule on a monthly basis.
· Development of training agendas and plans for National Graduate Developees.
· Follow up on training "no shows" and rescheduling where required.
· Creation of courses on Oracle and GEMS LMS. Update, modify training sessions and resources on Oracle and GEMS.
· Perform other duties as directed by Management.
About You:
You must have a relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification; ideally with a Diploma in Advanced Administration.
You should have at least 4 years of relevant experience and have worked in previous job roles that includes administrative and office support functions, ideally within an Airport or Aviation Operational field.
You will have exceptional English communication (verbal and written) as well as excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
You must hold highly developed administration, time management and organisational skills as well as have the ability to multitask and have strong attention to detail. You will have professional personal presentation and image, have personal initiative and have good flexibility and adaptability towards the needs of the business as well as be able to work productively in a multicultural environment.
You will have a passion for the service industry and excellence in hospitality and be Customer centric focused - able to identify and meet the needs of internal customers. It is preferred you are creative and have a solution minded approach to challenges.
